Delete your TukLuy account

Required disclosure under Google Play user data deletion policy. Last updated: 2026-06-16.

If you want to delete your TukLuy account and all data we hold for you, this page explains what happens and how to request it.

1. What will be deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

Account profile — email, name, and the Firebase user record bound to your account
Shop data — shop name, currency settings, timezone, and your provisional shop identity
Business records — products, customers, sales orders, payments, debts, stock movements, purchase records
Uploaded files — product images and customer profile photos stored on our cloud (Cloudflare R2)
Device records — the list of devices you signed in with

What this does NOT delete:

Local data on your phone — uninstall the app, or use the in-app "sign out" then clear app data in Android Settings, to remove local copies.
Anonymous aggregated metrics that cannot be linked back to you.
Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. tax/audit records, where applicable).

2. How to request deletion

Send an email to the address below from the same email account you used to sign in to TukLuy (this is how we verify the request is from you).

If your email client doesn't open, copy and paste this template:

To: privacy@tukluy.com Subject: Delete my TukLuy account Hi TukLuy team, I want to delete my TukLuy account and all data associated with it. Account email: (the email you signed in with) Shop name (if you remember): Approximate last use date: Reason (optional): I understand that deletion is permanent and takes up to 30 days. Thanks.

3. Timeline

Day	What happens
0	You send the email. We reply within 7 days to acknowledge the request.
0–30	Your account is soft-deleted: signed out everywhere, no longer searchable, but recoverable if you change your mind in this window (just email us again).
30+	Account and business records are permanently deleted from our database.
30–90	Backup copies on cloud storage age out and disappear on their natural retention schedule.

4. Changed your mind?

Within the first 30 days after you submit a request, simply email privacy@tukluy.com with subject "Cancel my deletion request" — your account will be reactivated within 7 days.

After 30 days the deletion is permanent and the data is unrecoverable.
